This adorable Laurel Canyon cabin hasn’t changed too much since we last saw it in 2012, though it’s been emptied of its contents, making its 692 square feet seem not so small at all. The two-floor dwelling dates to 1922, and includes a woodburning fireplace, hardwood floors, and built-ins galore. Since 2012 (when it failed to sell and was pulled off the market), the cabin has gone from having two bedrooms to just one—probably the result of the “recent” remodel the listing refers to. The little house also has an attached garage and is walking distance to the Laurel Canyon Country Store. Last listed for $555,000 in 2012, it’s now back on the market for $639,000.
