The master bedroom has “a safe room inside a walk-in closet,” says the WSJ, and there are two more fancy bedroom suites. Outside, there are also fountains, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a fire pit, and an “outdoor casita.” The 6,000-square-foot house sits on an 11,000-square-foot lot, so there’s probably lots of room for entertaining. Banks bought the house in 2004—just a year after her show America’s Next Top Model first debuted on TV, for $3.085 million—but has spent over $2 million in the time since then redoing the residence. The house is listed for $7.75 million.
