At that time, it included a five-bedroom, Ranch-style main house designed by Ranch-spert Cliff May in the late 1930s; another building with office, art studio, gym, and bathrooms; and an underground guesthouse with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, an entertainment lounge, and a screening room; a giant terrace and lawn; and a pool. And it all sits on more than three acres on a “private promontory that overlooks rustic Sullivan Canyon.”
