The roughly 2,000-square-foot loft holds two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and “a large dramatic window line” that wraps around the corner of the building, says the listing. Views of the Pacific are visible through some those windows and the apartment also has a garage-style, roll-up patio door and two private terraces, plus high ceilings, in-unit laundry, and two parking spaces. Macdonald says that he chose the area because of its incredible walkability, important because he doesn’t know how to drive. Now the area “seems like more of a young man’s place.”
The condo, which Macdonald purchased in 2008 for $1.8 million, is now listed for $2.2 million.
