This LEED-certified house has been totally overhauled recently, and given all new “systems and finishes.” The kitchen has fancy countertops and custom cabinets, the living room has a fireplace, and there’s lots of cool tile in each of the three bathrooms in the house. (The master bathroom has its own little tiled bathing nook as well as a steam shower and fireplace.) Somewhere in the house, there’s also “2,000 Yr Old Jerusalem Tile,” which must be pretty durable to have lasted all these years. The four-bedroom house sits on a lot just over a quarter of an acre, and the landscaped backyard holds a pool, spa, and waterfall. Last sold in 2006 for $1.24 million, the house is now listed at $3.895 million.
