↑ Hel-lo! The photos make this 529-square-foot studio apartment look much bigger. The attractive unit in a West Hollywood condo building a few blocks from La Cienega and Santa Monica has a full kitchen, that nice little pass-through, and a mirrored closet. The complex has laundry on every floor, so you won’t even have to haul your dirties down any stairs, and has one reserved parking spot that comes with the apartment. Rent is $1,795.

↑ Tired of apartment living? This tiny back house in Atwater Village is here to save the damn day. At just 650 square feet, the one-bedroom house has everything you need: hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen, stove and fridge included in the rental, and a private washer and dryer inside. The little cottage, located about halfway between Los Feliz Boulevard and Glendale just east of the Glendale Metrolink station, has a bonus room too (“perfect for an office or studio space”). Rent is $1,795.

↑ Rent here and it will always be easy for your friends to find and remember which Koreatown building you live in. Unfortunately, the interior of the two-bedroom for rent in here isn’t quite as geometric and fun as the exterior, but who cares? It’s got two bedrooms! The third-floor apartment also has a nice, airy kitchen and appears to get plenty of natural light. Rent includes a parking space off the street in the dark, scary parking garage and access to the less dark, scary laundry room. (There’s also a pool!) Rent is $1,745.

↑ Tucked into a building on a “quiet, residential street” in Valley Village, this super-roomy, two-bedroom unit is a pretty good deal. For one thing, it’s 1,100 square feet. Another bonus: it has a balcony, and since this is a front-facing unit on one of the upper floors, there might even be something to see. The unit has a dishwasher and ceilings fans, and isn’t too far from freeways. Rent is $1,795.
