Known as the John L. Mace house, this Sunset Strip residence was designed by Lloyd “son of Frank” Wright in 1959. According to its listing, the 1,442-square-foot modern features two bedrooms, two baths, walls of glass, a living room fireplace, heated pool, and a two-car garage “that can be used as a bonus room/office/gym.” Last sold in 1997 for $590,000, it’s now asking $1.5 million, and will be hosting an open house this Sunday, May 1 between 2 and 5 p.m.
