↑ This rustic Burbank studio apartment has exposed beams and wood floors, giving it a cabin-like feel. The kitchen has Caesarstone counters and tile floors. Close to the big studios, it’s renting for $1,295.
↑ Newly renovated and not far from the Vermont/Beverly subway stop, this Koreatown studio measures about 500 square feet and comes with a fridge and dishwasher. There’s on-site laundry but only street parking. Rent is $1,200.
↑ This upstairs one-bedroom unit is about five blocks away from the main drag in Glendale. (It’s got a walk score of 94.) Its wood floors have just been refinished and it has a wall-mounted air conditioner, updated cabinets, and granite counters in the kitchen. Rent is $1,350.
↑ This pet-friendly one-bedroom in a gated North Hollywood complex comes with pool access, assigned parking, and on-site laundry. The unit itself looks older but well-maintained. It rents for $1,295.
