An unusual and bold small lot division in Culver City has started listing homes, each with long vertical ribbons of windows and floating staircases.

The new subdivision contains five contemporary homes, and they’re being listed one at a time. The four-level unit for sale now features skylights and polished concrete floors.

The main floor holds the kitchen, which features Bosch appliances, quartz counters, and a bar seating set up at the center island. Off the kitchen area, a set of sliding glass doors opens onto a small outdoor space.

It comes in at two bedrooms, a sleeping loft that could be used as a third bedroom, and three bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the sleeping loft have a balcony, accessible through sliding glass doors. There’s also a finished rooftop deck area.

The roughly 1,800-square-foot dwelling is listed for $1.25 million.
