When actress Lena Headey’s not ruling with an iron fist on Game of Thrones, she’s decompressing with her kids at the lovely Sherman Oaks house she’s called home since 2014. Now, Headey’s moving on, and has listed the five-bedroom residence.
Headey fully remodeled the residence but kept some great period touches, including the wall of breezeblocks by the entryway.
The house’s interior is a very cool mix of handsome wood (the herringbone floors are reclaimed oak), beamed ceilings, and blue tile accents. It was good-looking enough to be featured in Dwell magazine last year.
The house’s lovely kitchen, with open shelving and a glinting mirrored backsplash, is separated from the backyard and saltwater pool by a set of Fleetwood sliding doors.
Headey paid $790,000 for the house in 2014. She stands to more than double her money if it sells for its current list price: $1.95 million.
