A North Hollywood dance studio established by late silver screen star Debbie Reynolds will hit the auction block next month, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The Lankershim Boulevard studio will be sold along with Reynolds’s 44-acre ranch in Creston, California—about 30 miles northeast of San Luis Obispo. The two properties are some of the items included in a personal property auction drawing from items owned by Reynolds and her daughter, Carrie Fisher.

Other items of interest: Fisher’s personalized director’s chair from the set of Return of the Jedi, a cigar case that belonged to Edward G. Robinson, “ornately carved antique Art Deco furniture” from Fisher’s childhood playhouse, and a life-size statue of Princess Leia in a British phone booth (we’re not sure why this exists, but we’re pretty sure it will sell for a whole lot of money).

Reynolds, famous for her roles in seminal Hollywood musicals like Singin’ in the Rain and The Unsinkable Molly Brown, established the dance studio in 1979 and it has served as a school and practice facility since then.

Built in 1954, the property is located north of Victory Boulevard, outside of North Hollywood’s rapidly developing Arts District, but not too far from the huge NoHo West development at the former Laurel Plaza shopping center.

TMZ reported in February that Reynolds’s son Todd Fisher planned to turn the building into a museum housing her collection of Hollywood memorabilia, but it seems plans for that project may have fallen through.

The auction will take place over three days between Saturday, October 7, and Monday, October 9.
