Here’s concrete proof that some people can have nice things. Now up for grabs in bucolic Santa Monica Canyon is a well-preserved Spanish Colonial Revival built by pioneering real estate developer Frank E. Bundy that’s been in the same family for nine decades.

Offered in a trust sale, the 2,595-square-foot home has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a bounty of original features, including beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, arched doorways, French windows, built-in hutches and vanities, and colorful tile.

Per the listing, included in the sale are three adjacent parcels totaling 16,732 square feet of land. Asking price is $4.9 million. An open house is scheduled between 2 and 5 p.m. Sunday.
