Now turning heads in Woodland Hills is a sharp midcentury modern designed by architect Dale Bergerson, who worked in the office of A. Quincy Jones before launching his own practice. Notable projects Bergerson worked on include Walter and Leonore Annenberg’s celebrated Sunnylands estate in Rancho Mirage.

Located on a knoll just south of the Woodland Hills Country Club, the 1965 post-and-beam has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Along with classic midcentury modern features such as walls of glass, clerestory windows, and beamed ceilings, it’s got black tile floors, Venetian plaster walls, an updated kitchen with high-end appliances, and a gas fireplace.

Exterior features include a covered patio with spa and outdoor kitchen, and a balcony deck offering panoramic views.

Last sold in 2007 for $873,000, it’s now asking $1.099 million.
