Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, where we explore what you can rent or buy for a certain dollar amount in various LA ’hoods. We’ve found five rentals within $100 of today’s price, $1,800. Vote for your favorite below.

As you may have guessed, this West Adamsone-bedroom apartment has been newly updated. The unit, which sits just north of Jefferson Boulevard, comes with stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, recessed lighting, and parking. It rents for $1,895.
